FGE Consulting has been asked to support the board of a residential development in south east London with cladding issues. The board have been struggling for a number of years to make headway on their BSF claim and it was preventing many leaseholders from being able to sell their flats while the issue remained unresolved.

Since Fleur was brought on board, she has made the initial application to the BSF – and in the meantime while she and the board wait to hear back, she has been able to progress other long term repairs needing doing on the property and bring in a project management system to ensure that all contractors and managing agents communicate with each other effectively.
