After many months of invasive investigations and meetings with the senior team, claims for a large housing development in south London have been validated. These had been floundering for a number of years before I was brought on board to accelerate progress.

The next stage will be to quantify the claim and schedule works. This will involve a number of different contractors and further negotiations. Watch this space!
